Students and Staff Donate to Operation Breadbasket
Penta Career Center students, who are members of the Student Leadership Council, helped organize the Operation Breadbasket food, clothing and toy drive this month. The drive benefits families who reside in Perrysburg Township. Penta students and staff donated nearly 1,600 food items plus clothing and toys for Operation Breadbasket. The students also organized a contest among classes to encourage participation. The winning class was the juniors in Culinary Arts who collected 506 food items. On hand to pick up the Operation Breadbasket donation from Penta on December 17 were Bob Warnimont, Annie Herman and Dawn Miller from Perrysburg Township.
