Culinary Arts Makes List of 2018 "Elite 50 Hospitality Programs" from Sullivan University
Penta Recognized as an Elite Top 50 Hospitality Schools
Penta Career Center's Culinary Arts program has been recognized by Sullivan University as one of the nation's top hospitality programs.  In December, the university named the winners for the 2018 Elite 50, an annual selection of the top 50 secondary school hospitality programs in the nation.  The Elite 50 list recognizes high schools and career centers that have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in hospitality education. Penta's Culinary Arts program was among more than 350 schools who were invited to apply for the honor.
According to Sullivan University, schools named to the Elite 50 set the standard for secondary school training in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts and/or hospitality management.  These elite programs are also marked by strong enrollment and a dedication to community outreach.  In addition, the programs recognized have won state and national competitions for ProStart, SkillsUSA, and FCCLA.
