Description:
This class provides beginning SMAW welders with more advanced knowledge in the theory, proper operation and setup procedures in the vertical and overhead positions to develop the skills needed to achieve an entry-level position. Prerequisite: Welding I or previous welding experience.
Classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays, 5-9pm, from March 14 to Apr. 13.
40 hours
cost $499, plus $49 supply fee
