Penta's 50th Senior Class Recognized

The 50th senior class at Penta Career Center was honored May 19-21, 2015 during six separate ceremonies in the Susor Auditorium on the Penta campus. The 640 seniors, who participated in ceremonies over the course of three days, represented the 50th class to complete career-technical programs since 1965 at Penta. In addition, the Outstanding Student Award was presented to 51 seniors based on performance and excellence in their individual career-technical program. See below for the list of seniors from the Class of 2015 who earned an Outstanding Student Award.  Photos of 49 of the Outstanding Students are posted in the Photo Gallery on the Penta web site.

One of the memorable student speeches was given on May 20 by Julia Dieckhoner (Swanton) from the Cosmetology program.  Click HERE to read Julia's speech.

Each of the students recognized during the Senior Recognition Ceremonies received a career passport that contained a certificate of completion signed by the student’s instructor, supervisor, high school director, and superintendent. The career passport also included: a list of competencies which the student attained while attending Penta, a personal data sheet, and other documents listing the student’s accomplishments.
