Culinary Arts Students Place 2nd at ProStart Invitational

Congratulations to Penta Culinary Arts students who placed second as a team today at the 2015 Ohio ProStart Invitational competition in Columbus. The team members included Josh Blochowski, Cassidy Steinline, AnaPaula Llanas, and Gino Parker.  As a result of their second place finish, each team member earned medals and scholarships to Sullivan University ($4,000), the Culinary Institute of America ($1,500) and Johnson & Wales ($750).  Janea Makowski, instructor of Culinary Arts and Ken Ray, instructional aide in Culinary Arts, helped prepare the students for the competition.
