Congratulations to Penta's 2015 Outstanding Alumni!

   Penta Career Center has selected six former students as recipients of the 2015 Outstanding Alumni Award. The alumni were recognized during a special evening banquet at Penta on November 12, 2015. Each year the Penta Career Center Outstanding Alumni Award is bestowed upon individuals who have completed a career-technical training program at Penta and who are currently working in a successful career. Since the award’s inception in 1993, 132 former high school or adult education students have been honored with the award.
   Included below are brief descriptions of each 2015 Penta Outstanding Alumni Award recipient.
   David Beckham (of Pickerington, Ohio) is a 1978 graduate of Lake High School and completed his career-technical training in Penta’s Drafting program. He is the owner of David Beckham Photography that specializes in senior and fashion photography. He has a bachelor’s degree in design from Bowling Green State University.
   Jayne (Coon) Eisel (of Custar) is a 1991 graduate of Bowling Green High School and completed her career-technical training in Penta’s Executive Secretary program. She is the vice president of administrative services at Zeres, Inc. in Bowling Green.
   William Neiderman, III (of Weston) is a 2001 graduate of Lake High School and completed his career-technical training in Penta’s Welding program. He is a senior chief petty officer and welding supervisor for the United States Navy.
   Gary L. Phipps (of Swanton) is a 1966 graduate of Swanton High School and completed his career-technical training in Penta’s Drafting program. He is the technical director for Scottdel Cushion LLC in Swanton, Ohio.
   Sandra L. Wiechman (of Bowling Green) is a 1982 graduate of Elmwood High School and completed her career-technical training in Penta’s Executive Secretary program. She is the safe communities coordinator for Wood County. Wiechman is retired from the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
   Gregory Wyandt (of Milan, Michigan) is a 1991 graduate of Anthony Wayne High School and completed Penta’s Accounting & Computing program. He is a district supervisor/administrative manager for PSI Repair Services, Inc. in Livonia, Michigan.
