Culinary Arts Students are 1st at Ohio ProStart

Congratulations to four students in Penta's Culinary Arts program who earned First Place on February 14 at the Ohio ProStart contest in Columbus! The team included Samantha DeSelms (Bowling Green), Nichole McDonald (Oak Harbor), Brooke Pennell (Woodmore) and Abbey Goupill (Lake). They placed first in the Management Team event for their new restaurant concept in which they developed a food service operation called "Sky Dining" for an observation wheel on the Atlantic Ocean. Congrats Chef Makowski and students!
