Marketing Education Students Earn Top Ohio DECA Awards

      Congratulations to all Penta Career Center Marketing Education students who competed March 18 & 19 at the Ohio DECA competition in Columbus. 42 students earned Top 10 awards and they qualify for the DECA International Competition in Nashville, Tennessee later this spring. Seven students earned first place in Ohio and they included: Kara Harvey and Yaminee Patel (from the Penta/Anthony Wayne DECA chapter) for the Advertising Campaign contest; Hunter Boose and Kaitlyn Dick (from the Penta/Anthony Wayne DECA chapter) for the Business Law & Ethics Team contest; and Kenna LaChapelle, Jack Diegel and Savannah Wagener (from the Penta/Maumee DECA chapter) for the Sports and Entertainment Operations Research contest.
