Marine Skills Training, 256 hours

This Job Training program is designed to enable trainees to master competencies necessary to work
in the Marine Trades Industry in less than six months.  A Marine Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of motor systems.  This training will also cover techniques of boat handling, safety, skills for water transportation, skills for marine engine repair. 

All students will receive a basic tool kit for use during the course.  The basic tool kit will become the student’s property upon the successful completion of the course.
