ServSafe
Certification Program, 16 hours
The ServSafe program,
sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation,
has become the industry standard in food safety training. This program provides
accurate, up-to-
date aspects of handling food from receiving and storing to preparing and
serving. Whether you
are a food handler in a restaurant, meat market, bakery or delicatessen, safe
food handling is of paramount importance. Students who successfully complete
the course and pass the final exam
will receive a certificate from the Educational Foundation of the National
Restaurant Association.
