Medical Coding - Basic, 48 hours
Learning the basics of CPT-4, ICD-9 & HCPC’s

Prerequisite:  Medical Terminology

Introduction to learning the basic skills and concepts to utilize and understand procedures and diagnosis, how to read these to apply and affect the professional health physicians coding and
billing in a more professional and positive manner. 
Books required for class are:  CPT Professional
and ICD-9 Professional.

ServSafe Certification Program, 16 hours
               

The ServSafe program, sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation,
has become the industry standard in food safety training.  This program provides accurate, up-to-
date aspects of handling food from receiving and storing to preparing and serving.  Whether you
are a food handler in a restaurant, meat market, bakery or delicatessen, safe food handling is of paramount importance.  Students who successfully complete the course and pass the final exam
will receive a certificate from the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.

Fees include the cost of the book.
