Penta Career Center welcomes students from the following school districts:  Anthony Wayne, Benton-Carroll-Salem, Bowling Green, Eastwood, Elmwood, Genoa, Lake, Maumee, North Baltimore, Northwood, Otsego, Perrysburg, Rossford, Springfield, Swanton, and Woodmore.

Current sophomores and juniors interested in attending Penta Career Center for their junior and/or senior year can apply online by clicking on the link below:

Current freshmen interested in attending Penta for 10th grade can apply by either:  completing the online application (click on the link above), by contacting their high school counselor or by contacting the Penta Student Services & Admissions office at 419-666-1120 Ext. 6374.  All freshmen, who apply for admission to Penta, are required to participate in a Career Assessment as part of the application process.

If you are not a student in one of Penta’s member school districts and would like to attend Penta, you can investigate open enrollment options that may be available through one of the above 16 school districts.  Not every school district offers open enrollment so you will need to contact the school districts to inquire about this option.
